The UPM-20H is a 20-quart commercial countertop mixer designed for handling heavy dough with a capacity of 10-15 pounds. It is gear-driven with 3 speeds and features an overload switch, safety guard to ensure safe operation, and an automatic timer for precise mixing control. Includes stainless steel bowl, wire whip, flat beater, and dough hook. Other attachments, such as slicing, shredding, and grinding, are available upon request.
