It features a 3/4" thick polished heavy-duty steel grid plate, a steel U-shaped burner, and is equipped with a pilot for easy ignition. Built with a stainless steel body and adjustable legs, this griddle is part of the economy line and is easy to convert from natural gas to propane, with propane orifices included.
