Description
The VBR-5BFE is a gas, countertop vertical broiler with a heavy-duty stainless steel body. Comes in a natural gas setup with an add-on of propane orifices that can be replaced based on customer needs. Features a heavy-duty electric motor (110V) with a rotation speed of 2 RPM and curved flaps to help preserve heat and improve cooking efficiency. Meat capacity of 100lbs and delivers 50,000 BTU.
