Description
The VBR-3BFE is a gas, countertop vertical broiler with a heavy-duty stainless steel body. This model features curved flaps to help preserve heat and improve cooking efficiency, 3 burners, and a meat capacity of 50lbs. Comes in a natural gas setup with an add-on of propane orifices that can be replaced based on customer needs. Features a heavy-duty electric motor (110V) with a rotation speed of 2 RPM and delivers 28,000 BTU.
